Carports

Carports are available to rent at $15 a month.

Trash Removal

Please always place your trash in the dumpster 24/7. For large items such as pieces of furniture, please call the office and we will have Ray’s Trash pick it up from your apartment for a small fee.

Patio/Balcony

Patio furniture and flowers/plants are the only items allowed on the patio, with the exception of grills on the first floor.

Grilling

Grills are only allowed on the first floor and must be taken at least 10 ft from the buildings to grill.

Pool Rules

Residents under 16 have to be supervised by a lease holder

• Lease holders may bring up to two non-resident guest

• All non-residents must be accompanied by a lease holder

• Proper swim wear must be worn to go in the pool, no diapers please

• Please note there is no life guard at the pool

• No diving into the pool, plus no jumping or running in the pool area

• No glass containers in the pool area

• You may bring pool appropriate inner tubes and toys

Package Delivery

We accept and sign for your delivery packages at the leasing office. The delivery service will leave a note on your door informing you that you have a package. Please bring by your ID to sign out your package

If it is an emergency, not to worry, you may call our after hours number at (317) 670-3181. Want to learn more about your new neighborhood, simply click on the Neighborhood Search link in the sidebar. There you can simply type in what you are searching for, and the location and phone number will appear.

When it time to pay rent, that’s easy too. Click on “My Resident Pay” and follow the simple instructions for on-line payment.
